Capitola Village Children's Halloween Parade Line-up at 1:30PM in the Pacific Cove Parking Lot above Capitola City Hall. Parade begins at 2PM. Parade winds down Capitola Ave through the Village ending at Esplanade Park. Enjoy refreshments, entertainment, pumpkin painting, trick-or-treat bags, balloons, and trick-or-treating at Village merchants.
