Mixer will be held in the courtyard behind Zuniga's Restaurant at Watsonville Municipal Airport. Wine, soft drinks and light appetizers will be served. Topics include a self-assessment of potential risks, prevention tips and techniques, an overview of legal rights and responsibilities, and a step-by-step recovery guide.
